- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard or direct payment through PayPal.
- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to 43 countries around the world. - Where do you ship from?
Currently, all products are shipped by us from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
- What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
- How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Domestic Shipping (within Thailand): 1-3 business days
International Shipping (varies per country): 10-30 business days

- Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 1-2 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Returns & Exchange
- What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your 1% Product purchase. Items in new condition (unused) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- How to return & exchange your item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
2. Mail your return to:

3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued. It takes around 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
